• BA (Hons) Counsellor and Psychotherapist

Helping individuals, couples, children and young people take control of their lives.
My practice is in Hordle, where I can provide you with a safe and confidential place to talk

  • We are unique and so are our reasons for starting therapy

I will work with you in a non-judgmental way which puts the emphasis on the relationship between us, and works with what you want to get out of counselling and at a pace that suits you.

  • Counselling and psychotherapy can help you to find your own answers

Counselling and psychotherapy can enable us to have a better understanding of ourselves and our relationships, empowering you to develop self believe and a greater feeling of self-worth.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy within a non-judgmental, confidential, genuine professional relationship where I strive to understand your world with warmth and empathy.

I hope here, and in the following pages, I can explain a little bit about who I am, what counselling and psychotherapy are, how counselling may be able to help and what qualifies me to work with you.
